It’s official! I’m teaching a Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) Short Course and I couldn’t be more excited to invite you to join me.
This LIVE online course runs for 6 weeks, just 90 minutes each Monday evening, and is offered through Soul Yoga OKC. You’ll participate from the comfort of your own home. No commute, no stress, just a gentle space to reconnect with yourself.
What is Mindful Self-Compassion?
MSC is an evidence-based training program developed by renowned researchers Dr. Kristin Neff and Dr. Christopher Germer. It combines the science of mindfulness with the power of self-kindness especially when life gets tough.
You’ll learn practical tools to:
- Reduce self-criticism and overwhelm
- Strengthen emotional resilience
- Support yourself during stress and challenges
- Bring more calm and care into your daily life
