Struggling With Feelings of Not Being Enough

Enough Already

‘All of my life I have struggled with feelings of not being enough. This has led to me to overwork and direct everything I do, especially in my career, with a manic, kind of hyper-vigilant perfectionism. I tell myself it’s an inner drive to be the best I can be and to make sure everything I do is as good as it can be; to “dot my ’i’s and cross my t’s.”

But what that drive is really masking is a deep insecurity; a deep wound and fear that I am somehow not enough.

Well, enough already!! I decided that my first post with my new business logo would be a universal proclamation. I am enough…You are enough…We are all enough!  There you go. Claimed it for all of us!!
